How quickly can I expect service?
After completing our simple process, we guarantee a caregiver within 24 hours, often as soon as 6 hours after scheduling.
Is there a contract?
Yes, we do have contracts, but they are flexible— you can adjust or cancel services at any time without penalties.

How do I file an insurance claim?
We handle all paperwork for you, submitting invoices and nursing notes directly to your insurance company for timely reimbursement.

How do I change my schedule?

What if my caregiver can't work?
If your caregiver is unavailable, we will provide a replacement and inform you immediately to ensure a smooth transition.
Our Caregivers
Can caregivers provide transportation?
Yes, our caregivers can assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social events.
What screening do caregivers undergo?
All caregivers complete thorough screenings, including drug tests, TB screenings, background checks, and verification of work references. They are licensed, bonded, and insured, with current certifications.
Will I have the same caregiver each day?
We aim for continuity of care, typically assigning the same caregiver during the week and a different one on weekends, based on your requested hours.
How can I be sure my caregiver is competent?
All caregivers hold valid certifications and undergo comprehensive training, including a 5-hour class with our Director of Nursing and annual education.

How often will someone check on my satisfaction?
We check in weekly with new clients and every 30 days with ongoing clients. RNs visit every 90 days throughout your care
How quickly will someone return my call after hours?
We answer calls whenever possible. If unavailable, we will return your call within 30 minutes.
Will you coordinate care with my support team?
Yes, we coordinate care with your doctors, social workers, and family members to ensure comprehensive support.
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. We prioritize privacy and comply with HIPAA regulations to protect your information.
